In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and perform relevant analyses
• Coordinate month-end and year-end activities
• Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
• Assist in preparing year-end audit files
• Analyze capital expenditures and ensure budget compliance
• Conduct monthly budget follow-ups with managers
• Participate in budget development
• Prepare claims for government grants
• Assist with inventory counts
• Be involved in any other tasks related to your role

With the following skills and qualities, you will thrive in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• CPA designation (Certified Professional Accountant of Quebec)
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company
• Ability to understand and master complex concepts
• Strong communication skills with various stakeholders, including members of the management committee
• Knowledge of the Office 365 Suite (advanced Excel)
• Functional French
