Salary- $80,000-110,000

Overview Of The Financial Analyst Role

• Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and prepare variance analyses.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for leadership.
• Collaborate with department leaders to monitor budgets, expenses, and financial results.
• Support grant and program financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support organizational planning and resource allocation.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and internal controls.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support the organization’s mission and goals.

Preferred Qualifications For The Financial Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or forecasting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
