Financial Analyst

For our client, international manufacturing company, we are seeking to hire: FINANCE ANALYST

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
• Consolidate and analyze financial and business data from multiple sources.
• Support month-end close processes, including accrual calculations.
• Analyze budget vs. actual performance and explain variances.
• Assist with Power BI/Tableau reporting and dashboard maintenance.
• Maintain data accuracy within ERP and financial systems.
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting automation.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Shared Services.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Very good english communication skills.
