Financial Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to evaluate financial data, prepare reports, analyze business performance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, revenue, expenses, and business performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses.
• Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
• Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and business teams.
• Monitor key financial metrics and prepare management presentations.
• Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and advanced functions.
• Experience with financial reporting and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
• Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
