Responsibilities
- Build a consolidated contract-and-invoice tracking workbook.
- Compile vendor, contract, and invoice data from across multiple systems.
- Create a summary view that rolls up different functions by cost center.
- Ensure meticulous attention to data accuracy and consistency.
- Track down data from existing workbooks and source records.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills including multi-tab workbooks and formulas.
- Self-directed data-gathering capabilities.
- Attention to detail for data accuracy.
- Understanding of vendor contracts and basic finance concepts.
- Experience in spend-tracking or vendor management (nice to have).
