Financial Analyst - ENT

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Operations Analyst to support billing readiness operations for a North American Field Service team. This role focuses on reviewing completed service orders, validating job costs, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring work is accurately prepared for invoicing. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing operations, job costing, accounting support, or customer service within a fast-paced business environment.

What You'll Do

• Review completed service orders and projects to ensure they are ready for billing.

• Verify customer authorizations, job completion, and accurate cost postings.

• Identify and correct billing discrepancies and cost posting errors.

• Monitor open orders daily and support month-end and quarter-end billing activities.

• Communicate with field offices to resolve outstanding billing issues.

• Participate in weekly Teams meetings with assigned markets.

• Manage invoice uploads and shared inboxes.

• Assist with customer billing disputes and provide timely updates.

• Meet established performance metrics and contribute to process improvements.

• 5+ years of experience in a business or operations environment.

• Experience with billing, invoicing, job costing, accounting, or order management.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines.

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceMax is highly preferred.

• HVAC or field service industry experience is a plus.

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
