Client Implementation / Client Onboarding – Operations

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $23/hour

Position Overview

Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted division that partners with all areas of the firm to deliver banking, sales and trading, and asset management capabilities to clients around the world. Operations also provides essential risk management and controls to protect and enhance the firm's assets and reputation.

Client Implementation is a highly regulated team focused on account documentation, data integrity, risk management, and regulatory requirements. The team is responsible for capturing required information for regulatory compliance, adhering to firm policies, and performing due diligence on new clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand client account structures and documentation required to establish new accounts.
• Conduct due diligence and client screening in accordance with AML and KYC requirements.
• Work with PWM Advisor teams to ensure client documents are accurate and completed on time.
• Request products and services, including options, margin, checking, and debit cards.
• Ensure downstream systems correctly recognize approved products and services.
• Resolve account-opening issues in coordination with PWM Teams, Compliance, Legal, and AML teams.
• Support improvements to account-opening workflows and processes.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel , and web-based applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Experience managing client expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of financial industry experience , particularly in AML, Compliance, Client Onboarding, or regulatory operations.
• Series 7, 9, 10, or 4 licenses.
• Foreign language skills.
