Role Overview This role covers a full range of forecasting, budget management, and investment analysis activities. The analyst will support strategic development, business monitoring, and operational decision-making while collaborating closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams.

This position emphasizes cost management, including ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes for key functional groups, as well as handling ad-hoc financial analysis requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce monthly expense forecasts and financial reporting packages

• Provide budget and expense reporting, analytics, and variance explanations to functional leaders

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and special projects

• Analyze large datasets and translate them into meaningful financial insights

• Conduct variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and financial modeling

• Support investment analysis, business cases, and ad-hoc financial requests

• Partner with functional budget owners on:

• Monthly expense forecasts

• Quarterly CAPEX forecasts

• Performance tracking and KPI development

• Serve as the primary Finance point of contact for assigned functional groups

• Perform additional duties and projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (CPA is a plus)
• 2+ years of relevant work experience (public accounting experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity effectively
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Advanced Excel skills required; PowerPoint proficiency is a plus
• Experience with SAP is a plus
