Financial Analyst- Lead

Key Responsibilities

Planning, budgeting & forecasting

• Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes
• Build and maintain financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analyses
• Consolidate inputs from department heads and challenge assumptions constructively

Performance reporting & analysis

• Prepare monthly management reports, variance analyses (actual vs. budget/forecast), and KPI dashboards
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership
• Support quarterly and annual business reviews and board or executive presentations

Business partnering

• Act as the finance partner to business units, advising on pricing, cost management, headcount, and capital investment decisions
• Evaluate business cases, ROI, and project proposals

Team leadership

• Guide, review, and develop junior and mid-level analysts
• Set priorities, assign work, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
• Promote best practices in modeling, documentation, and data quality

Process & systems improvement

• Streamline reporting and forecasting processes through automation and standardization
• Work with Accounting to ensure alignment between actuals and management reporting
• Strengthen financial controls and support audit and compliance requests as needed

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting & Economics
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related role
• At least 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or supervising analysts
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (forecasting, variance analysis, scenario modeling)
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and cost accounting principles
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex numbers to non-finance audiences
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and sound judgment under deadlines

Preferred

• Professional certification or progress toward one (CPA, CFA, CMA, or MBA)
• Experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Anaplan, Hyperion)
• Proficiency in BI and data tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python)
• Experience in a fast-growing, multi-entity, or regional/multinational environment
• Industry experience relevant to the company

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
