Financial Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Qualfon Philippines, Inc. is seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role offers a strategic opportunity to support our financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions whilst working flexibly from your location in or around Metro Manila. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key part in providing insights and analysis that drive informed decision-making across our call centre and customer service operations. This position is essential to helping us optimise our financial performance and support the growth of our business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support operational and strategic planning
• Analyse financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimisation
• Support the development and monitoring of departmental budgets across call centre and customer service operations
• Create financial models and scenarios to evaluate business initiatives and their potential impact
• Collaborate with department managers and stakeholders to gather financial requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to revenue, expenses, and operational efficiency
• Prepare presentations and executive summaries for senior management and business partners
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Excel)
• Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or budget management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Proficiency in financial software and systems; experience with ERP systems is advantageous
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
