Elite Growth Limited A/T Atavola is seeking experienced Financial Analysts to join our dynamic team in our Tung Chung Islands District office. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing in-depth financial analysis and reporting to support the company's strategic decision-making. What you'll be doing

1. Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform business decisions
2. Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts and presentations for senior management
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data, and provide recommendations
4. Support the development and implementation of financial models and budgets
5. Monitor key financial and operational metrics, and flag any issues or opportunities
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years' experience in a financial analysis or reporting role
3. Proficient in using financial analysis software and tools, such as Excel, Power BI and SQL
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders
6. Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
7. Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
