Financial and Operations Specialist

About the role

This role involves preparing and analyzing financial and operational reports for management, monitoring revenue, expenses, costs, profitability, budgets, and operational performance. You will assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, feasibility studies, and business cases, and evaluate potential business opportunities, investments, and expansion projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports for management
• Monitor revenue, expenses, costs, profitability, budgets, and operational performance
• Assist in preparing financial models, forecasts, feasibility studies, and business cases
• Evaluate potential business opportunities, investments, and expansion projects
• Conduct cost-benefit, profitability, and return-on-investment analysis
• Support financial and operational due diligence for potential acquisitions and investments
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency, and productivity improvement
• Develop and monitor departmental and company KPIs
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, presentations, and business summaries
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research when required

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, operations, business analysis, management consulting, business development, or a related field
• Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and relevant internship/project experience may be considered
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis
• Knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of business operations and process improvement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prepare professional reports and management presentations
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
