Financial Assistant

Position Overview:

The Accounting Assistant will support Goodluck Hotpot Restaurant's daily accounting and financial operations, including recording sales and expenses, monitoring cash flow, reconciling cash and payment transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate accounting records. The role will also assist in monitoring invoices, supplier payments, payroll-related records, and other administrative accounting tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with daily finance-related work and documentation, including the daily collection and verification of store sales and cashiering records
• Perform basic reconciliation and transaction checking, accurately record transactions, and properly organize financial documents and files
• Handle cash receipts, payments, and banking transactions
• Proactively follow up on assigned tasks and provide timely updates on their progress
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related course
• At least 1 year of experience in related field
• Excellent communication skills (able to understand Chinese language)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Detail-oriented, patient, responsible, and reliable
• Reliable attendance; frequent personal leaves will not be acceptable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
