Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Finance Associate with hands-on experience in car loan processing. The candidate will be responsible for handling loan applications, verifying documents, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring timely approval and disbursement.
Preferred candidate profile
- Process car loan applications received from customers and dealers.
- Verify KYC and other required customer documents.
- Check customer eligibility and prepare loan proposals.
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for loan approval.
- Follow up on pending applications and documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely loan sanction and disbursement.
- Maintain accurate records of loan applications and transactions.
- Handle customer queries related to loan processing.
- Monitor pending cases and ensure timely closure.
- Follow company policies and applicable lending guidelines.
