What You'll Do

As an Exchange Pro, you will:

Develop and manage a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.

Provide professional financial planning, life insurance, health protection, education, retirement, and wealth accumulation solutions.

Build long-term relationships through consultative selling and exceptional client service.

Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and personal branding.

Participate in professional training programs to continuously improve financial advisory and sales competencies.

Collaborate with experienced managers and industry experts to achieve personal and team business goals.

Mentor new consultants and prepare for future leadership opportunities.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking professionals who have:

Bachelor's Degree or above.

2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, Hospitality, Logistics, Retail, or related industries.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire for career growth.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.

Passion for helping clients achieve financial security.

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed Business Allowance

Receive a monthly business allowance based on performance KPI:

KPI 24 million VND → Business Allowance: 16 million VND

KPI 36 million VND → Business Allowance: 24 million VND

KPI 54 million VND → Business Allowance: 36 million VND

KPI 72 million VND → Business Allowance: 48 million VND

Minimum support of 5 million VND/month during the first three months for qualified candidates.

Performance Rewards

In addition to business commissions, you'll receive:

Quarterly Bonus: 4%–40%

Annual Bonus: 6%–20%

Ranking Bonus: 5%–15%

KPI Achievement Bonus: 25%

Referral Bonus for recruiting new consultants: 5%–15%
