Financial Benefits Associate (Retirement)

• Perform day-to-day operations for our 401(k) program as part of Justworks Financial Benefits Programs
• Resolve benefit inquiries/issues generated by Customer Success and Sales teams within the agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs)
• Triage incoming issues/inquiries to identify need for engineering intervention and escalate accordingly
• Work with third party vendors to resolve escalated issues - enrollment errors, plan set ups, document requests, etc
• Resolve employee and employer level benefit requests such as; new enrollments, plan and amendment set ups, loan setups, etc
• Assist senior team members in building out internal benefit resources (help articles, training decks, etc.)
• Develop creative solutions for new issues with assistance from supervisors using available resources and systems
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Experience in 401(k) and knowledge of employer-sponsored benefit plans strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an operations, onboarding role or customer service related field
• Knowledge of Excel or equivalent required; SQL knowledge preferred
• Process-driven and technologically savvy
