You're good with people, curious about how financial products work, and ready to invest in yourself. You don't need to already know this industry — you just need to be willing to learn it.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for agents
• Guide agents through onboarding, applications, and product education
• Maintain accurate records and follow compliance standards
• Communicate by phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Help agents with policy questions, account changes, and service requests
• Work alongside agents and internal teams to keep things moving

What You Bring

• Must be 25 or older
• Applicants must already hold, or be willing to acquire, a Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) license
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone/email presence
• High attention to detail and comfort with digital tools/CRMs
• A proactive, coachable mindset
• Business, finance, or related degree/coursework a plus — but not required
