Financial Business Controller

We are seeking a Financial & Business Controller for a leading company operating in the pharmaceutical transportation and healthcare logistics sector, part of one of the world's largest and most recognized supply chain and logistics groups.

The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and financial control activities, playing a key role in driving business performance, supporting strategic decision-making and partnering closely with senior leadership across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor business and financial performance through regular reporting and KPI analysis.
• Analyze variances versus budget and forecast, identifying opportunities, risks, and improvement actions.
• Partner with business leaders by providing financial insights, recommendations, and business case evaluations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams to drive performance, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Prepare management reports, presentations, and financial analyses for local and group stakeholders.
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
• Contribute to internal control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 7-8 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Business Controlling role
• Previous experience in a leading audit firm (Big Four or equivalent)
• Experience within structured multinational organizations, preferably operating in transportation, logistics, or service-driven industries, with strong exposure to business partnering and performance management activities.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Fluent in English.
• Proactive mindset, hands-on approach, and strong business partnering capabilities.
• A high-energy individual with ambition, curiosity, and the drive to make a tangible impact on business performance.

Salary Package: €57,000 - €70,000 + Benefits
