In this role, you will help clients achieve their financial goals by providing professional guidance on wealth management, financial planning, insurance protection, savings, investments, and retirement planning. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial needs analysis and identify clients' financial goals.
• Provide customized financial solutions tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
• Educate clients on the importance of financial planning, insurance, investments, and wealth accumulation.
• Help clients protect their income, assets, health, and future through AXA's financial products and services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular reviews and consultations.
• Prospect and expand a network of potential clients through referrals, digital platforms, and personal networking.
• Attend training, coaching sessions, and professional development programs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
