Financial Compliance Analyst

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Overseeing the SOX Compliance, Statutory Reporting, and Secretarial team
• Coordinating and performing preliminary reviews of periodic SOX audit testing
• Facilitating responses to SOX audit queries and ensuring all queries are resolved
• Supporting and coordinating the annual SOX control narrative update
• Liaising with external auditors on annual statutory and SOX audits
• Ensuring audited financial statements for APAC legal entities are prepared in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Researching and resolving accounting issues, including evaluating and implementing new accounting pronouncements to ensure US GAAP and local GAAP compliance
• Reviewing legal contract terms and conditions, and analyzing their financial and accounting impact
• Managing and coordinating the annual insurance renewal process for APAC
• Managing and coordinating company secretarial matters for APAC
