Financial Consolidation Assistant Manager

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and supporting documents.
2. Prepare the consolidated draft audit report and supporting documents for Audit Committee approval.
3. Prepare draft financial statements and audit reports for subsidiaries and coordinate with external auditors.
4. Prepare weekly consolidated profit and loss forecasts, compare actual results with budget, and provide variance analysis.
5. Prepare financial data and reports for management analysis and decision-making purposes.
6. Perform the consolidation process, including intercompany transaction and balance reconciliation and elimination.
7. Review financial information submitted by subsidiaries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
8. Coordinate with subsidiaries, auditors, and related departments to ensure timely completion of financial reporting and audit processes.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, or external audit.
3. Candidates with experience as a Senior Associate or above in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) are preferred.
4. Strong understanding and hands-on experience in financial consolidation and financial reporting.
5. Good knowledge of PSAK/Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards and willingness to keep up with the latest accounting standard updates.
6. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
7. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with good attention to detail.
8. Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with subsidiaries and external auditors.
9. Proficient in both written and spoken English.
10. Willing to be placed at the Head Office in South Jakarta.
