Financial Consultant Apprentice

About the role

This is a structured apprenticeship and fast-track career development program for fresh graduates and young professionals entering the financial services industry. You will complete the PRUVenture curriculum, obtain Insurance Commission (IC) licensing as a certified Life Insurance / Investment Consultant, and progress through a management track designed to prepare you for leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the PRUVenture curriculum and pass the Insurance Commission (IC) licensing examination to become a certified Life Insurance / Investment Consultant
• Conduct financial needs analysis (FNA) to provide personalized protection, savings, health, retirement, and estate planning solutions
• Prospect, build, and manage a client base through digital channels, corporate financial wellness sessions, and networking
• Participate in management track training to learn how to recruit, mentor, and build a sales unit

About you

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Open to fresh graduates; 1–3 years of sales, customer service, or corporate experience is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• High entrepreneurial drive, self-motivation, and discipline
• Tech-savviness for using digital sales tools and client management platforms
