Financial Consultant

About the role

This position provides an opportunity to develop capabilities in financial planning, sales, networking, business development, and leadership with support from training and mentoring. As a Financial Consultant, you will help families plan their financial protection and future, building long-term relationships with clients while developing your professional network and career towards leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and help clients understand financial planning needs and protection requirements
• Provide financial planning solutions aligned with client needs and objectives
• Build and develop long-term relationships with clients
• Conduct prospecting and networking to develop the market
• Deliver presentations and follow-up with prospective and existing clients
• Participate in training and continuous professional development programs
• Achieve targets in accordance with established standards and regulations
• Develop networks and contribute to team recruitment and development processes
• Develop leadership capabilities through team coaching and development

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education
• Strong communication skills
• Target and results-oriented
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Active in building networks with strong interpersonal abilities
• Able to work independently and take responsibility
• Experience in sales, marketing, banking, insurance, financial services, or business development is an advantage
• Resident of Yogyakarta and surrounding areas
