About the role

Prudential Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Financial Consultant to join our agency in Tsim Sha Tsui. As a Financial Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our client relationships, providing personalised guidance on insurance and investment products tailored to meet individual financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for clients to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance and circumstances

• Provide expert advice on insurance, investment products and financial planning solutions appropriate to client needs

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up

• Present product features, benefits and terms clearly to ensure clients make informed decisions

• Achieve sales targets and performance objectives

• Stay informed of product updates, market trends and regulatory requirements

• Provide after-sales support and guidance

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, accessible terms

• Proficiency in Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous

• Integrity, reliability and a commitment to providing ethical, client-focused service

• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced business environment
