4 Capital Management

Key Responsibilities (depending on role)

• Preparation and analysis of financial statements (Local GAAP / IFRS)

• Management reporting and budgeting/forecasting activities

• Cost monitoring and performance analysis

• Regulatory and statutory reporting

• Back-office controls and reconciliation processes

• Treasury operations and liquidity management

• Technical accounting analysis and implementation of new standards

• Reinsurance accounting and related controls

• Capital monitoring, solvency ratios and regulatory requirements

• Coordination with internal stakeholders (Risk, Finance, Actuarial, Operations)

• Interaction with auditors, regulators and external partners

• Participation in transformation, migration or regulatory projects

Required Profile

• 3–12+ years of experience in banking, insurance or asset management

• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Controlling or Capital Management

• Good knowledge of IFRS and/or Local GAAP

• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

• Experience with financial reporting tools and advanced Excel

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (Solvency II, Basel, IFRS 9/17) is a plus

• Structured, rigorous and detail-oriented

• Fluent in Italian and good command of English
