We're looking for a finance professional who enjoys turning data into business decisions. In this role, you'll partner closely with operations and leadership teams to drive financial performance, provide strategic insights, and ensure accurate planning, forecasting, and reporting across a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support operational leaders with financial insights and decision-making.
• Drive budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis processes.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and financial dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and business results.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Financial Analysis within manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
• Advanced English communication skills. MUST
• A proactive, analytical, and business-oriented mindset.
• 5-6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SHARE SERVICE CENTER (MUST)
