What You Will Do The Financial Controller - Area Service will support the monitoring and optimization of service operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and high customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and an interest in service performance and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor service KPIs (e.g., repair times, first-time fix rate, service costs)
• Analyze service performance and identify areas for improvement
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service department
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with field service teams, call centers, and external service partners
• Ensure data accuracy in service management systems
• Assist in optimizing service processes and workflows
• Support procurement and spare parts cost analysis

What You Need To Succeed Must have Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field

Professional experience: 3+ years of experience in controlling, service operations, or similar roles

Language: Excellent communication skills both in Italian and in English, spoken and written

Technical & Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/BI tools is a plus
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively

Minimum Gross Annual Salary: € 35.000
