The Opportunity

As a strategic partner to the Board of Directors, you will drive financial excellence, innovation, and decision-making.

Your work will take you beyond just numbers, while financial reporting and internal controls are important, your role will extend beyond spreadsheets, it will be about creating financial excellence, efficiency gains and innovation across the board. Your work will be key in providing guidance and support to develop your team and provide financial advice that will support decision making by the Board of Directors.

The Perfect Fit

To be considered for the role, our ideal candidate will have

• A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA/CA qualification or equivalent.
• A deep knowledge of financial management, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong leadership abilities and a track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
• Experience designing, enforcing internal controls, and ensuring financial integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the business.
• Big 4 background with strong technical accounting expertise.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have additional language abilities in Bahasa and/or Chinese Mandarin.
