Description As a Financial Controller, your main responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing the accounting and finance functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Preparing and analysing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Overseeing budget preparation and monitoring financial performance.
• Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Supervising and mentoring the finance and accounting team.
• Managing cash flow and financial risks effectively.
• Collaborating with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.

Profile

A Successful Financial Controller Should Have

• A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with professional qualifications such as CPA or CMA highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience within a global B2B industrial environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
• Extensive knowledge in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Hyperion, SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations and financial standards in Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
