Financial Controller (BI & Tech Integration)(臺南)

We are seeking a Finance Professional with a "Digital Soul." Your primary mission is to bridge the gap between financial data and business insights. You will be the owner of our Power BI environment, ensuring that data from our systems (including PBCS) is transformed into accurate, high-impact dashboards. You are not just a "number cruncher"; you are a tech-forward analyst who leverages AI to automate coding and optimize financial workflows.

• Data Integration: Connect Power BI to various data sources (ready-made datasets, Excel, PBCS) and design efficient data models.
• DAX & Power Query Mastery: Develop and maintain complex measures and calculated columns to reflect financial KPIs (Variance, YTD, Forecast accuracy).
• Data Integrity: Take full ownership of the Power BI "Single Source of Truth." Ensure that reports perfectly reconcile with the P&L and Balance Sheet in our core systems.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the annual budget and rolling forecast processes within the PBCS environment.
• Global Collaboration: Act as the technical and financial liaison for our team in Germany, translating data into actionable business recommendations.
• AI-Driven Coding: Proactively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to assist in writing/debugging DAX, Power Query (M) code, and Python scripts to speed up development.
• Process Evolution: Explore how AI can automate "commentary" generation for financial reports or detect anomalies in monthly spending.
• Assignments from the manager.
