Financial Controller / Business Finance Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Business Finance team as a Financial Controller/Business Finance Associate. This role is ideal for an early-career CA who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to build a career in business finance and FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly/quarterly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on business performance
• Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
• Support cost analysis, profitability tracking, and business case evaluations
• Partner with business teams to provide financial inputs for decision-making
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements
• Assist in process improvements and automation of finance workflows

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a

• Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging AI tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets AI add-ins,
• ChatGPT/Claude, automation tools) to improve reporting efficiency and analysis

Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory
• Experience:01-02 years
