About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Finance Manager to join our corporate finance team. This role provides regional exposure across Hong Kong, China, and other Asian markets, ensuring compliance and acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership in driving growth and strategic decision‑making.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire the finance & accounting team, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Manage group financial activities including accounting, cost control, budgeting, statutory reporting, consolidation, tax, and insurance planning.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, monitor performance, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Build strong banking relationships and support credit facility negotiations when required.
• Partner with CFO on taxation matters, cross‑border transactions, and new business initiatives.
• Supervise statutory audits for group companies and subsidiaries.
• Guide sound accounting practices across multi‑country retail operations in Asia.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
• Qualified Accountant (HKICPA/ACCA).
• Around 10 years of finance and accounting experience, with 2 years in a managerial role (retail industry experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HK, China, and Asian accounting standards and taxation practices is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills with strong business acumen.
• Resilient and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑minded, and eager to drive change and innovation.
• Fluent in Cantonese, with good command of English and Mandarin is a plus.
