Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, including preparation of monthly management accounts, quarterly management accounts, and annual statutory accounts.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations by managing tax returns (IT Returns) filing process.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company's assets from potential risks.
• Provide timely MIS reports to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs).
