About the Appointment

As Financial Controller, you will lead the finance function across several entities and be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.

This is a broad, hands-on role covering people leadership, financial operations, reporting, audit, FP&A, commercial decision support and process improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee month-end, year-end and statutory reporting requirements
• Manage a small team, including shared resources
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Partner with senior leadership on strategy, performance and decision-making
• Provide financial oversight of major projects and business initiatives
• Manage cash flow forecasting
• Coordinating audit processes, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain strong financial controls, governance and compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve, automate and streamline processes
• Work closely with stakeholders across the broader Group

About You

This position is more than simply reporting on the numbers. You will be a commercially minded finance leader who can balance being operationally hands-on with providing strategic support to the organisation.

Ideally, you will bring:

• CA/CPA qualification
• 5+ years' in a similar role
• A hands-on approach with the ability to operate strategically
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and management accounting capability
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of IFRS, financial controls and governance
• Strong analytical and systems capability
