Financial Controller

Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, including long-term forecasting and integrated business planning, to support expansion and scalable growth.

Multi-Channel Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for both cafe retail and FMCG distribution channels.

Strategic Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitor liquidity and manage cash flow to maintain operational stability.

Cost Management & COGS Analysis: Lead detailed Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis and implement cost-efficiency measures across manufacturing and multi-outlet retail locations.

Budgeting & ROI Oversight: Coordinate annual budgeting processes and perform ROI analyses on promotional activities to ensure trade marketing investments drive profitability.

Tax Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and manage both monthly and annual tax reporting to minimize corporate risk.

Commercial Finance Business Partnering: Act as a financial co-pilot to Sales and Marketing Directors, evaluating business cases for new product launches and market expansions.

Internal Controls & Audit Management: Establish and optimize financial systems and internal controls to safeguard company assets and lead coordination with external auditors.

Commercial Credit & Collection: Oversee receivables & payable management and partners to ensure timely collections and minimal risk.

Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and mentor a large Finance, Accounting, and Tax team
