Financial Controller

Location: Millenia Walk

Salary: Up to $15,000

Bonus: AWS and VB available

Leave: 18 Days

Working Days: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm

Job Description

• Lead global accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, and month-end closing across multiple countries
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial performance analysis
• Build financial, cost, profitability, and commercial models to support key business decisions
• Monitor revenue, margins, operating and manpower costs, and overall profitability
• Support fundraising, bank facilities, and investor due diligence, including financial models and business plans
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, statutory reporting, and internal controls, while managing auditors, tax advisors, and banks
• Support new country/entity setup, scale finance processes, and lead/develop regional finance teams as the company grows

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent qualification
• 8–12 years of finance/accounting experience, including 3–5 years as a Financial Controller or similar senior role, with multi-country finance experience
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis skills; tech/SaaS/professional services background and fundraising/investor experience a plus
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
