Financial Controller

Job Role and Responsibility:

• Strategic Financial Leadership – develop and implement the group’s financial strategy in alignment with long term business goals
• Financial Planning and Analysis – oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
• Financial Reporting – Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements per international accounting standards
• Risk Management – identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal controls
• Cash Flow and Capital Management – manage cash flow, working capital and capital expenditure to maintain liquidity and optimize returns
• Investment Growth – oversee investment opportunities, money markets, mergers and acquisition to support the group’s expansion objectives
• Team Leadership – Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development
• Stakeholder Communication – report financial performance to the executive team, board of directors, and other key stakeholders

Capabilities:

• Strong understanding of international accounting standards, taxation and financial regulations
• Excellent financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Proven experience in risk management, capital allocation, and strategic financial planning
• Leadership and team management experience with strong communication skills
• Ability to drive business growth through innovative financial strategies

Language: Main: English, Additional: Hindi, Arabic and any Extra considered a plus

Computer Skills: MS office and ERP System. Extra skills and programs / applications will be a plus

Pay: RO2,000.000 - RO3,000.000 per month
