What they need

Role & responsibilities

Financial Controllership: Manage month/quarter/year-end closures, financial reporting, GL integrity and reconciliations with strong knowledge of Ind AS.
Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and Companies Act, while implementing and monitoring internal controls.
Audit Management: Lead and coordinate statutory, internal and external audits, including audit schedules, responses and timely closure.
Business Partnering: Provide financial insights, variance/cost analysis and data-driven recommendations to support business decisions and cost optimization.
Process Improvement: Drive improvements in financial reporting and controlling processes through automation and digital tools.
Skills & Background: CA with strong SAP/ERP and Advanced Excel skills, stakeholder management capabilities, preferably with manufacturing/automotive/FMCG and MNC/matrix exposure.
