Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare, analyze, and present timely financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Manage account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy of financial data across various accounts.
• Conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Implement and maintain accounting software systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms to streamline operations.
• Lead budgeting efforts by developing forecasts, monitoring variances, and providing insights for strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through rigorous audit preparations and documentation.

Skills

• Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
• Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
• Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
