What could you be doing?

You'll take ownership of the entire local finance operation, working closely with international colleagues whilst remaining the key finance contact within the Netherlands. From financial reporting and controls through to budgeting, forecasting, compliance and process improvement, you'll have the opportunity to influence how finance supports the wider business.

You'll also play a key role in improving processes and helping integrate local operations into wider global systems and ways of working. Rather than simply reporting the numbers, you'll help shape how the finance function evolves over the coming years.

What we're looking for.

You'll be a qualified finance professional (or possess equivalent experience) with a broad finance background covering reporting, controls, forecasting and compliance. Experience within an international or growing business would be highly beneficial, as would exposure to systems improvements or finance transformation projects.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and helping build a finance function that can support continued growth.
