Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes across all operating entities.
• Lead balance-sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and intercompany settlements under IFRS.
• Spearhead the finance architecture and rollout for the Odoo deployment.
• Direct project accounting: monitor development budgets, land/build costs, and real estate project margins.
• Supervise treasury, working capital, cash-flow forecasting, and credit control/collections.
• Coordinate external audit, tax compliance, and payroll advisory services across regions.
• Coach, build, and lead a high-performing finance team.

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (ACCA / CPA / CA preferred).
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in finance, audit, or controllership (Big 4 background is an asset).
• Sector experience in real estate, development, hospitality, or construction.
• Proven track record in multi-entity, cross-border financial operations.
• Experience with ERP rollouts (Odoo strongly preferred) and BI reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and strong financial-control mindset.
• Fluent professional English (Arabic, Turkish, Georgian, or Russian is an advantage).
