What they need

Role & responsibilities

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
10-15 years of overall Finance & Accounts experience.
Strong experience in Factory/Plant Finance & Accounts.
Mandatory manufacturing industry experience.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing and cost control.
Experience in inventory accounting, budgeting, MIS and variance analysis.
Hands-on experience in working capital and CAPEX management.
Experience handling audits and statutory compliance.
Strong analytical, leadership and team management skills.
SAP/ERP experience will be an advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

CA preferred with 10-15 years of Finance & Accounts experience.
Mandatory manufacturing/Factory Finance experience with expertise in costing, inventory, budgeting, MIS and variance analysis.
Experience in working capital, CAPEX, audits and statutory compliance.
Strong analytical and leadership skills
English and Gujarati communication skills are mandatory.
