Financial Controller

For our location in Ghimbav (Romania) we are currently looking for a

Financial Controller Your Responsibilities Prepare annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and financial plans in line with Group requirements;

Monitor and control operating expenses, analyze budget variances, and provide financial insights to management;

Perform cost center controlling and support investment (CAPEX) controlling activities;

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data across ERP and reporting systems;

Develop, improve, and automate controlling reports, dashboards, and analytical tools;

Analyze financial and operational performance and prepare management reports and presentations;

Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, and financial analyses;

Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and recommend actions to improve business performance;

Act as a business partner to department managers, supporting decision-making and cost optimization initiatives;

Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with Group policies and internal controls.

YOUR PROFILE

University degree in Accounting or Business Administration;

3-5 years of experience in a Controlling, Financial Analyst, or Financial Controller role, preferably within a multinational or manufacturing environment;

Good understanding of financial reporting principles and IFRS;

SAP or an ERP system, would be considered an advantage;

Very good Microsoft Excel skills;

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills;

Structured and analytical with a thorough mindset;

Ability to work both independently and in multidisciplinary teams;

Fluent in written and spoken English.
