One of the most prestigious residential estates in Hong Kong is inviting high calibre applicants for the following position:-

Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

1. In charge of Finance Department , HK Parkview Estate Management Limited to manage Hong Kong Parkview Estates Management Fund and management fee computations.
2. Supervise a finance team consisting two Chief Accountants and two account staffs to perform and to ensure accurate and on-time daily accounting operations.
3. Responsible for the full sets of account functions, including analysis, consolidation, cash flow control and projection, taxation and audit exercise matters.
4. To prepare monthly financial statement, management reporting, financial planning and business analysis, including analysis reports that helps drive operation performance.
5. To prepare annual budget and forecast projection
6. Liaise with external parties (e.g. tax advisor, external auditor, bankers)
7. To answer queries from external and internal customers
8. To attend and to present financial reports / budget proposal / analysis report in regular Owners Committee, Annual General Meeting and ad hoc meeting.
9. To supervise the duty performance of all subordinates
10. Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the GM

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting or relevant disciplines
2. CPA or ACCA qualification
3. At least 8 years solid experience in relevant field with a minimum of 4 years in management position, preferably in sizeable or leading estate management companies
4. Well-versed in accounting, tax and Companies Ordinance
5. Must possess high integrity and honesty
6. Has cross-functional communication ability to translate complex financial data for non-finance stakeholders or committee members
7. Strong leadership skills, able to work under pressure and handle multitasks to meet tight deadlines
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
9. Stable working history with good references
10. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
11. Immediate available is preferred
