Financial Controller

Clear Sky Energy is an SEAI-registered solar PV installer based in Tullamore. We deliver residential, commercial and schools solar, battery storage and EV charging across Ireland. We’re growing fast, and we now need a senior finance professional to own our finance function.

The role
Reporting to the Managing Director and the Board, you’ll run finance end-to-end and be the directors’ go-to adviser on margin, cash and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Daily bank reconciliation and accounts payable in Xero
• Deposit, stage and balance invoicing, plus credit control
• Monthly management accounts, a 13-week cash flow forecast, budgets and variance analysis
• Job costing: quoted vs. actual margin per install
• VAT returns (including construction reverse charge), RCT on ROS, payroll and PAYE
• Year-end, CRO deadlines and auditor liaison
• Stock valuation, commission calculations and finance applications
• Building financial controls as the business scales

Pay: €70,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
