  • Lead statutory, tax, and financial audits.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and advisors.
  • Support Group audit requirements and ensures timely resolution of audit matters.

Accounting Expertise

  • Provide expert accounting guidance and judgement on complex transactions and financial adjustments.
  • Partner with the GDC to ensure accurate accounting treatment and consistent application of policies.

  • Deliver high-quality financial insight to support decision-making and business performance.
  • Contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in financial controllership, accounting, audit, or finance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP, statutory reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing external audits and regulatory relationships.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong Excel and ERP system experience.
  • Fluent Italian and English (C1).

Preferred

  • Professional accounting qualification (Dottore Commercialista, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
