Financial Controller

• Responsible for managing all the accounting and taxation functions for the Group, including timely preparation and publication of the financial statements and tax reporting; while ensuring the accuracy of reports are prepared based on GAAP/PSAK/IFRS, tax regulations and audit-compliant
• Review and analyze monthly and year to date financial reports, including variance analysis against past performances and forecasts and help identify solutions to improve financial efficiency
• Work closely with Appraisal Company to manage regular valuation of properties within the Group
• Ensure accounting and tax SOPs are proper and effective, while meeting SLA requirements. Advise on control and process excellence improvements.
• Create internal accounting and tax policies, ensure and supervise the implementation in all entities within the Group.
• Liaise with External and Internal Auditor and Tax Office to manage and oversee financial and tax reporting as well as financial and tax audits to ensure timely completion

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Accounting
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably from Property industry, prior experience in Public Listed Company and a Big Four / mid-tier accounting firm is an advantage.
• Strong understand of IFRS and / or PSAK and Tax Regulations, ERP Systems, has good understanding on regulations and compliance requirements, such as OJK, IDR and taxation regulation
