Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Experience: 15–18 Years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Industry: Manufacturing | Steel / Mining Preferred

Salary: Up to 68 LPA (in hand)

We are looking for an experienced **Financial Controller** to lead commercial finance activities, strengthen financial controls, and drive business profitability for a leading organization in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, KPI planning, monthly MIS reporting, and profitability analysis.

• Manage working capital, inventory control, and commercial finance operations.

• Conduct product-wise and customer-wise profitability analysis to support pricing decisions.

• Drive cost optimization, plant productivity improvements, and financial planning for new projects.

• Oversee procurement-related commercial activities, vendor contracts, and import purchase processes.

• Strengthen internal controls, audit processes, SOPs, and statutory compliance.

• Lead ERP implementation and process standardization across business units.

• Coordinate with senior leadership, business heads, auditors, and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• CA qualification with 15–18 years of experience in commercial finance within manufacturing.

• Strong expertise in budgeting, project financing, cost analysis, and working capital management.

• Proven experience in inventory management, internal controls, audits, and ERP implementation.

• Steel or mining industry experience is highly preferred.

• Experience in Nigeria or the African market will be an added advantage.
