What they need
The role is with a client of Magic Circle Partners, which is an Automotive Manufacturing company and is looking for a financial controller to join their fast-growing organisation.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day company accounts
- Assist with financial planning
- Oversee Budget forecasting and cash flow management
- Ensure government compliance in all tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 15+ years experience in the area
- Proficiency with current financial software
- Industry: Manufacturing, with a preference for electronics or assembly-based products that involve 10-15+ vendors. Not from the paper or cement industry
- Company size: Mid to large organisations (₹1,000 Cr+ turnover)
- Systems: Hands-on SAP experience and Excel
- Skills: Strong Excel skills; proven ability to lead a 10-12 member finance and accounts team
