Financial Controller

We are looking for two experienced and results-driven Finance Controllers to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess strong financial expertise, analytical capabilities, and the ability to drive financial discipline, business performance, and effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial performance and ensure effective budgetary control.
• Strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance with SOPs, and maintain financial discipline.
• Identify business challenges, provide financial insights, and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee project closures, resolve Work-in-Progress (WIP) issues, and ensure timely financial finalisation.
• Manage working capital and monitor cash flow to support business operations.
• Identify financial risks, assess potential exposures, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Candidate Profile

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/FCA).
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in financial controlling, financial analysis, budgetary control, cost management, working capital management, and financial risk assessment.
• Practical experience with SAP, particularly in reviewing financial transactions, analysing project costs, monitoring budgets, and extracting financial information for analysis and control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify performance gaps, assess financial risks, and recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge management decisions constructively and drive accountability.
